A person work in usa in non-immigrant visa but just in cash so there is no record for this.

after few time he go back to his country then go usa again in fiance visa. in application question " have you violate the terms of us visa? he put NO because although he work before in cash but there is no record.

What happen if someone complain in immigraion that he work before?

what he should tell that yes he work but it is not "material fact" thats why he didnt mention

or he should refuse it and say that no he didnt work at all.

You must tell the truth. Misrepresentation - which means not telling the truth - on any immigration documents or applications has serious repercussions. As there is only one answer to your question and it has been given, I am closing this thread.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
