hello friends

I have just received my n-400 biometrics application form and I would be unable to attend on the date they have mentioned that is 07/07/2010 ( due to the nature of my work)

Can i just appear in local uscis office and give an early biometrics? or do i have to rechedule with them as they have mentioned in the form

Yes, you can go to your local ASC as indicated on your notice for early biometrics - it's up to them to take you or not, but more often than not they're accommodating.

Unfortunately they denied to do the biometrics before the appointment day.

Really! Did you go there in person to try? Usually they let you do it but some offices don't. Sorry, you should now send in a written request for a change of appointment, I guess.

What days did you go to your ASC and where is your local ASC located at? Most ASCs allow walk-ins on Wed and Sat..
