Item 20:

I lived in the USA for 8 months on a J1 visa. Do I list the address here?

I did so on the G-325A and got no RFE, so I guess I list the exact same.

Just want to make sure

Item 22:

I worked until February this year and now I'm a student again.

Should i just list the place where I worked until february or put something in the top line that says "Student from mmddyyyy to PRESENT"?

Item 20: Sounds good because you were there for longer than 6 months. They will know about it at the embassy so no need to have them question why you omitted it the 2nd time around. You could also submit the passport pages that show that you had a J1 visa for that amount of time.

Item 22: I would put student on the top line and then list your last job. No need for an RFE over something like that
