A letter of employment is for people who are employees. Unless your business is a corporation then you are not an employee - you are self-employed. It would be rather pointless to write your own letter of employment.

Like everyone, you should submit a copy of your tax return. Beyond that, a copy of your business license to show you own your business, and copies of bank statements for your business accounts to show your revenues.

yes they have my tax returns but they told me on phone they want a financial statement of my buisness on its buisness letter head and they send me email also,,,,,,,,,Supporting Documents missing or incomplete

[x] It appears that there is no proof of current employment (a recently dated job letter or pay stub), or

self-employment status (a recently dated letter on business letterhead or a business license).

Ok, understood.

First, "business letterhead" simply means paper that has been printed with the name and logo of your business at the top of the page, sort of your "official" business stationary. I'm sure you've gotten letters like these from other businesses. If you don't have stationary from a printer's office that you use for this then you can just create your own using any word processor and color printer.

I'm not sure how much detail they'd want in a financial statement. I would think a balance sheet and income statement for the past 12 months would be enough. You should be able produce this fairly easily using Quick Books or Peachtree, or whatever accounting software you use. If you have an accountant who does your taxes then they can help you with this. If you don't use any accounting software (???) then you'll need to crunch the numbers yourself from your own books or records.

Send a copy of your current business license. This is the best proof you can provide that you own a business.
