Brazil Authorization Form for Persons under 18 years (minors) to travel. DO THEY EXPIRE?

Hi,

If anyone can please help because I am starting to stress over this.

I have a question concerning how long they are valid for. Does anyone have experience with using these forms and if so how old can it be?

I noticed some versions of this form have valid until dates and some don’t.

This one does not have a valid until date that I can tell... http://www.bacctrave...auth-minors.pdf

Thanks

I noticed you have not receive a comment.. You should contact your nearest consulate and ask them. I am sure not too many people are familiar with Brazilian/Governmental rules in this forum.. Hope you can get the answer..

The immigration dept in Rio is good about returning emails quickly. You might try them. ImmigrationRio@state.gov

If that's the same form as the LA consulate provides, it says at the bottom of the form: "Documento válido por doze (12) meses após a data de sua expedição." (Valid for one year after issuance)
