My friend is at it again wanting to bring his fiancee from Turkey. The first time he started filling out the paperwork he had a court date set for an assault charge by one of his employees. His employee said he consistently pushed her around and hit her when she was working for him. Originally I told him to continue to file because since there was no conviction he could say no on the I-129F Part C #2. However he got cold feet and decided to cancel. The Court convicted him of Third Degree Assault with No Sexual Contact. We are still waiting on his lawyer to let us know what answer he should put in is I-129F, but I wanted to know if anyone else had experience with this. Has anyone had experience with saying yes and still allowed to bring their fiancee over?

He is... Only wanted to know if someone else had the same experience or if it is possible to say yes on that question and still be able to bring your fiancee over.
