I have two questions, one for each form. My Fiance was here in the US last on a J-1 AuPair visa, and we're going through the paperwork now to get things started.

On 325A, do we need to list every address she lived at in the US as an AuPair? She changed family's about every 6 months to travel around and see new places, so she changed addresses fairly frequently. Should we list all of them here, or just the address she lived at in her home country for the last 5 years? She was in the US for 1.5 years.

On 129F, question 12 is somewhat ambiguous to me. The direct question says if the Fiance/Beneficiary is living in the US now, fill this section out--so I feel like I should ignore it. However, the info in the section uses past tense for some of it's verbs, and I wanted to double check that I didn't need to fill out this section with my Fiance's exit info from when she left last October. She's back in her home country now.

Thanks!

Hi..

I have also been to US as an AuPair and I didn't list my US addresses in G-325A. I changed three addresses while I was there.

As for question 12- just ignore it. She is in her home country now so you don't need to fill it out.

Also, if she has her SSN (and I believe she must have it) don't forget to put it in form I-129F.

AuPairs usually get one-year visa in their passports and if they want to stay more they can get extension for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. I came back home before my one-year visa expired. I hope she hasn't overstayed or something 'cause that might be the problem.

Good luck.

Yes, he should. He might have to change it later, but he should definitely include that one on the form.

My SS Card says ''valid for work only with DHS authorization'' so I will have to change it once I get married (change my last name) and get my GC (the quoted restriction will be removed and my SS Card will be replaced with the new one, but the number will be the same).

Every fiance(e) who has SSN should provide it on all forms, in that way USCIS can check certain things about you and in most cases that is a plus.
