It been so long and I havn't got anything. I filed 130 on 03/07/06. Please advice me on following:

1. What are the chances that my 130 will be approved soon, I saw some one got it today from Jan 06?

2. I filed 129f on 07/31/06 ( ya i know stupid me waited too long) how soon that will be?

3. Or should I pack my bags and choose DCF in India?

Pls drop few words for me. Or tell me what should I do if there is anything I can do to bring my love sooner?

I-130 process:

02/28/06 I130 sent to VSC

03/10/06 NOA 1

06/12/06 Touch (address change)

09/12/06 NOA 2

I-129f Process:

07/23/06 I-129f sent to Chicago

07/31/06 NOA-1

08/16/06 Touch

NVC Process:

Hurry up pls!!!!

09/25/06 DS 3032- Gen

09/26/06 DS 3032 email sent and I-864 fee mailed

09/27/06 DS 3032 accepted

09/28/06 I-864 fee is rec'd by SL

10/03/06 NVC genarates I-864

10/19/06 Rec I-864 ( I waited for orig. form)

10/11/06 IV bill recvd

10/11/06 IV bill sent

10/14/06 IV bill recv by SL

10/23/06 IV bill info in NVC sys (oprator verified)

10/24/06 send I-864

10/28/06 NVC sent DS-230

10/28/06 DS-230 sent to NVC USPS

10/30/06 NVC received DS-230

11/01/06 Massage on NVC line: "Your info packet is received pls allow 6-8 weeks to review".

6-8 weeks #######, I hope it takes less.

I am sorry to hear your situations. Please hang in there. I hope, you will get the arroval soon, as CSC is processing faster than before and NBC is also processing the I-129F faster than could months ago. Please be patient. I am not sure, if taking the DCF is worth and first of all, find out whether you are eligible for DCF as well.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Im in the same boat. I feel this way...

1... Dont hold your breath

2... OMG

3... Can we fly together? I will leave next week to Russia.

Sent to Moscow September 26th, 2006

Waiting for Interview, and to be together.

Saw my smart beautiful wife to be, and my baby girl on July 3rd, 2006

We expected her to be in Minneapolis on May 6th, 2006

Arrived October 27th

Married December 3rd

Baby girl born on December 29th

Started paperwork on AOS April 1st

OMG -- I really feel for you. Once things get moving, they get moving. Ignorance should not be confused with stupidity (#2 point) otherwise we would all be called stupid at birth :-)

On DCF -- check with the embassy -- I have heard of the New Delhi embassy accepting walk-in DCF "as a favor", but nothing else.

Hang in there -- approval is coming.

I-129F TRACK

2006-02-27: I-129 Sent

2006-03-02: NOA1

2006-07-24: NOA2

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-08-28: Picked-up packet 4 from the consulate, counter 16 (between 2 PM and 3 PM)

2006-09-20: Interview Date (VISA Approved!!!)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-09-27: Reached Home!!! (POE Chicago)

I-130 TRACK

2006-02-08: I-130 Sent

2006-02-27: NOA1

2006-05-03: NOA2 (Approved)

2006-06-12: Received and entered into NVC system

2006-07-08: Self Generated DS-3032 and sent to NVC

2006-07-08: Received I-864 bill from attorney

2006-07-11: Paid I-864 bill

2006-07-12: Received IV bill

2006-07-17: Receive I-864 package

2006-07-19: Send back I-864 package

2006-07-19: Pay IV bill (was out on vacation)

2006-07-31: Sent in self-generated DS-230 (after NVC was ready)

2006-08-03: Case being reviewed by NVC (per operator)

2006-09-12: Case sent to New Delhi Consulate

2006-10-04: Emailed Consulate and got Original Interview Date (10/20/06) posponed to April 2007
