Hey everbody. Hope all is well! I'm trying to get ontop of things and prepare documents for the NVC stage and I was looking at the shortcut guide (which is awesome by the way( and I noticed when I opened up the pdf file of the I-864 and I-864A I noticed on the top right hand corner they both say expires 10/31/10........ My estimated NOA2 is from anywhere between August and October, lets say I get it in october, fill it out before it expires but they recieve it after the expiry date will that be a problem.....or do these forms get renewed on their own?

Thanks for the help! :star:

You can always go to the USCIS website and find the I-864 forms there. Those will be the most up to date available. Also, it will say on there if previous editions are excepted or not.

The link the OP is referring to takes one to the NVC page.

If they get it mid-change, per your example, it should not be a problem.

You can go ahead and fill it out now if you like. Before you send a form you will want to check to see if there is a newer version, if they have a newer one available you should use that one.
