Tourist visa--how to start? and what are the req. for parents to visit US

hi everyone. i received today my 2-yr GC and im just curious and wants to start researching on how to obtain a tourist visa for my parents in the Philippines to visit us here even for 3 months. I want to know the requirements which the USCIS / US Embassy will ask from them, the time table when applying for one..etc..will there be interview and medical on their part as well as showing proof of ties like house and lot assets???

Can anyone send me a link similar to my query and / or similar posts??reply will be highly appreciated

04-09-2010 ---- Authorization for Parole/Travel Dox Received

04-16-2010 ---- EAD Card Received

05-12-2010 ---- Interview Schedule in Milwaukee..PASSED!!! Thank You Lord!

05-17-2010 ---- Welcome Notice arrived in mail

06-01-2010 ---- Received Instruction Permit Card from DMV

06-10-2010 ---- 2-yr. GC/PRC arrived today in the mail..SALAMAT PO LORD!

12-12-2010 ---- Got my DMV License

You cannot get them a tourist visa and for them it is almost impossible to get one either.
