Hi there! I just noticed that most of those whose case were completed got and extra indicator which is an SIF (Sign-in Failed). Correct me if I'm wrong, this sign-in is for the Online Payment, right? Our case was completed June 2nd according to NVC AVR. But I could still sign-in to the online payment site. Is this normal or does this means something else?

Please enlighten me. Thanks!

That's strange. Forget about SIF (Sign-in Failed). Wait till Monday & call NVC. Do not volunteer your self by telling your case has been completed as per AVR. Instead, ask the operator about your case status. This is the only way you can be 100% sure that your case indeed has completed. Good Luck.

As suggested, I called again NVC and this time talked to an operator. She said it is alright that I could still sign-in to the online payment system. The thing there is I cannot do anything with it anymore since nothing is to be paid now. She also confirmed that indeed, our case was already completed the 2nd of June. Now I just have to wait for the interview schedule which she could not give me any time frame when I could receive through email.

Thats good to hear..i didnt think it would be a problem that you can still log in..atleast you have heard it from an operator that your case is complete. Good luck with this last stretch :)
