DS-230 Questions 32 & 33

I'm working on DS-230 part 1 and I'm having a problem with filling out the following two questions:

32. List below all employment for the last ten years.

33. List below all educational institutions attended.

Q32: I worked at non-paid volunteers work during the last 10 years a few times and I can't remember the exact month and year when I did the work.

Unfortunately I didn't receive any documentation from the volunteers work. Only the last job that I worked at recently gave me a contract, but I didn't receive any official documentation when I quit.

Does volunteers work also fall under employment that I need to list and if yes, would it help to include a note describing my situation why I don't know the exact month and year?

Q33: I moved around a lot and went through a list of schools. I don't have all the documentation of all the schools I attended to and I can't remember the exact months and years either.

Is there a way to find out the information that I need to fill out the forms? The educational institutions should be officially documented somewhere I assume, is there a way to request the information?

Hello, I hope this is of some help. For the schools, most people just put their high school and college or vocational school and don't worry about the earlier things. As for the work...you should be able to put down the volunteer jobs and write that they were volunteer. That might help any "gaps" that they would see in your employment. You had to fill out the last 5 years of employment for your G-325, what did you put on there? Just go from there and back 5 more years.
