Does anyone happen to know approx how long it takes from the time you email NVC with your OPTIN email before they actually apply it to your case? I emailed last week (3rd) and when I called today, it hadn't been added to our case (as of yet). Also, on the same day, I emailed them to tell them that we wanted to remove our attorney on record from our case, same thing, the operator at NVC said that the attorney is still listed as our agent.

Thanks for any info....

Expect anywhere from 2 to 15 days, after sending the OPT IN Email .

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
