Gud pm everyone. We are now preparing all documents to be submitted to NVC together with the DS 230 forms. Almost all documents are already completed except for the Police Clearance of my spouse which he will get in two weeks time here in Singapore where we are currently living. I just have one question, since my spouse had lived in different countries for the past 7 years all in South East Asia( Malaysia -3 years, Vietnam- 2 years and Singapore - 2 years), does he need to get police clearances also from those 2 other countries or his police clearance from Singapore is already enough? We're quite confused if we really need to get those police clearances or not. Please give us some advice or input. Thanks alot. God bless everybody.

Thanks for all your responses. Actually, our family based petition was filed and approved in the Philippines and I was the beneficiary and my spouse and children are my derivatives only. we just changed embassy from US Embassy Manila to US Embassy Singapore. Do we really need to submit all of them( police clearances)together with the DS 230 forms or we could just bring them to the interview. Btw, my spouse still doesn't have an NBI Clearance since all along we thought that we only need the present document from our present address. Anyway I guess we will have to hurry up in getting those things. Thanks again. God bless you all.
