My fiance and I finally are together in the US, she is from the Philippines, and her Visa is expiring June 7th. It is my understand that we have 90 days from her entering the country, which was just last week to get married, correct? Just wanted to make sure, she's really nervous about the Visa expiring, and I told her once she entered the US that the 90 day thing started and the Visa is now no longer applicable in the situation. Can someone tell me if I am wrong on this or not? We just want to make sure we won't have issues when we do want to get married, which will be next month.

Tell your fiance not to worry. You have 90 days from her POE date. She has a stamp in her passport showing her POE date as well as expiration date so you won't get any trouble later as long as your marriage takes place within 90 days from the date of her arrival into US. Keep in mind though that everybody recommends to marry at least 3-4 days before the 90-day period expires.

Good luck.

Her VISA is expired now. It is a 1 time use VISA to enter the USA and to get married within 90 days after arrival. So you guys are fine, just marry before 90 days from entering the US.

Best wishes.
