After Fill I-130 how many days to come Next later from NVS

i submit I-130 on april, NVC recived on april 8th so when will i recived next later from NVC ,,, any one know please help me

4/01/10- File 130

4/14/10 - Recived NO1

09/30/10 -reccived NO2

10/07/10 –NVC received the file

10/13/10 - NVC case # generated

10/14/10 - Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC

10/24/10 - recived AOS and DS-3032 from NVC By email format

10/24/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/26/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/28/10 - IV fee bill generated

11/02/10 - IV Fee PAYED AND RECIVED BARCODE Coversheet

11/02/10 - Sent DS-230 NVC.

11/03/10 - NVC Recived

11/16/10 - Recived RFE from NVC Missing Documnet for I-864

11/22/10 - sent Missing Documnet ot NVC and NVC recived 11/23/2010

12/06/10 - Today they have it in system and they review it and will take time ???//

12/14/10 - Sign in fail

Consulate

01/03/11: Interview scheduled by NVC

01/25/11: VFS office visit

01/18/11: Medical

02/04/11: got visa ......

??/??/??: POE

??/??/??: Welcome Letter & Green Card

'next' is approval notice - figure a 6 month wait on that.

NVC ? you may or may not get a letter from NVC - some do, some don't.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Actually the next letter you will get {if there is no issues (i.e. request for evidence)} will be from the USCIS, Your NOA2 saying that you I130 is approved. This will depend on your case and everyone's case is different, it could be any where between 1 month - 6 months maybe even longer. A few weeks after your NOA2 is when you will get a letter from the NVC. I suggest you scroll up and read "guides" and look at the "processing times" lots of good information that will help you.

4/19/2010 - NVC email confirming "Choice of Agent" email (~5 days)

4/20/2010 - NVC email with AOS and IV bill

4/23/2010 - AOS fee paid & package send

4/26/2010 - IV fee paid

5/21/2010 - IV pack mailed to NVC

5/28/2010 - NVC received IV packet

6/10/2010 - SIF & RFE (for PCC different for Sir Lanka)

when i chek on uscis web site it say 5 month goal in this petition,

4/01/10- File 130

It just got changed to 6 months on the USCIS website. They say 5-6 month goal but it usually takes 3-4 months from what I am hearing/seeing here.

NVC

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion
