I mailed my I-751 waiver based on good faith marriage five weeks ago. Two weeks after I mailed it, I got a letter from the USCIS stating that my green card has been extended for a year and can travel as well. It also stated that I will receive an appointment date from them to take my fingerprints. I still haven't received received the appointment letter. Does usually take that long to get the appointment letter? How long? Could they have sent it to my old address?

Thank you,

* Got married in August 2008

* initial interview in March 2009

* Green card received in May 2009

* Divorce January 2010

* I-751 filed April 27 of 2010

* Biometrics was supposed to be July 1st but I did a walk-in June 16 2010

* I don't know what's next
