On May 21 we were issued a 2nd RFE for my wife's Argentine Police Certificate. Referencing the first RFE e-mail (there is no difference with the 2nd) as well as the Embassy in Buenos Aires, we did submit the exact one required. On the 21st over the phone I requested a review of the certificate they have. They said 10-15 business days, but as we know those quoted dates mean very little. Has anyone had experience with a review? How long does it usually take and what are the chances for success.

Just in case we did get another PCC and it will be in the mail tomorrow.

It took one week for them to review a checklist they sent us. The request for another review was submitted on May 28th and was approved early this morning.

One of the operators requested my mom's police certificate from Italy, where she worked for 9 months; however, police certificates are only required if living in another country for more than 12 months. It worked for us. Good luck!
