Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

Most likely never. There is no plan in the works, and the USA is very very selective about the countries to which in adds to the Visa Waiver list.

01-June-2010 I-129F Filed CSC Finally!!!!! After almost three years and 1 baby! Its a great day!

08-June-2010 NOA1

11-June-2010 'touched'

25-October-2010 NOA2

01-November-2010 NVC Received

03-November-2010 Placed into AP at NVC : (

18-November-2010 Case Sent to Manila 18 days in AP..not too bad!

6-7 December- 2010 Medical at SLCC...PASSED!Thank you Lord!

20-December-2010 Interview, USEM VISA APPROVED!

3-Jan-2011, Visa received

12-Jan-2011, POE SEATTLE WASHINGTON USA

11-Feb-2011, Married in Minneapolis MN : )

Probably the question should be when would the Philippines qualify to be a VWP country.

Difficult to tell, my guess is not in the life time of anybody on the board.

Also I dont see it happening because of the terrorist groups in the PI connected to Al Quida.....Abu Sayyaf and the NPA

I think if the Philippines becomes a member of the VWP it will become a burden due to too many filipinos will migrate and not want to return back to the Philippines.

It is happened here already :blink: . Well pretty soon half our state will be Ilocano. Then only place Hawaiians will be is in Vegas :blink:

Correct, decades ago many Ilocanos migrated to Hawaii and became farmers and worked in the Sugar plantations, but I believe that was when the Philippines was still a commonwealth and all filipinos were American citizens at the time.

Qualification for the VWP is based on the rate at which visas issued in that country are violated. The Philippines has a poor track record of TNT which makes inclusion in the VWP extremely unlikely and makes it very difficult to even get a tourist visa.
