My office is in Pompano Beach too. I was wondering If anyone can give me information about the I693. I cant find my vaccination report so I might need to get all the vaccinations. Which doctor office did you go to and how much did you pay for it?

Hi, the doctor that did my physical charged us 325 USD for the exam and 3 shots. If you don't have proof of vaccination, you will get stuck with the Tdap shot, varicella, and MMR shots. Also, they will ask you to return for a second MMR shot a few days after the first one (booster shot). The testing is fairly simple, one needle to draw blood for syph and other stuff (AIDS is not required anymore, why I don't know) and another needle under the skin for the TB test. Keep in mind that based on your body's response to the TB test, you may need additional tests that can drive the price up (chest x-rays and I think IGRA).

I dunno which of the three hurts a bit, to the point of a slight burning sensation while it flows into your arm. The discomfort goes away in a couple of days.

My local office is in Tampa, so the best advice I can give you is to shop around. The first choice on the list I got from USCIS wanted 300 USD just for the exam (shots extra), until I found Dr. Pettyjohn's office which was 100 USD for the physical and the rest for the shots.

A 3 year-4 month-1week journey ends on 09/20/2013, and a new one begins!
