Today I received my wife's ITIN (Individual Tax Payer Identification Number) from IRS. Before they sent me the number in the format XXXX-XXX-1234. But today I got the letter displaying the complete format. Is this something you guy's believe makes our relation more legitimate ? The reason I am asking because we don't have enough photos of the wedding (20) to provide during the interview. The letter was sent to my address on my wife's name & not mine. I am just pushing my panic button hard because lack of photos :(

'having an ITIN' implies '1040 , filed jointly'. You should use that 1040 as part of yer evidence, as well.

If you not have more than 1 trip to visit her - maybe it's time to make another trip, 2 months before interview? (then another one for interview week).

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Her interview will be within next 1 month & I will be there with her. I traveled once (January 2010 -- 12 days) since got married (August '09 -- On The Phone).

Oh - I'm hoping US Embassy/Bangladesh understands the remote marriage ceremony. Good Luck with all !

If US Embassy/Bangladesh doesn't understand the remote marriage ceremony, why in the world USCIS would even approve my I-130 petition? How could I get our marriage certificate if I have done something illegal ? I am sure I am not the first person on earth who has done this

Please relax, if my tone seemed abrasive ?

I know about the 'marriage by phone' stuff, it's always refreshing to come across a VJ member that actually did it.

I am FAILING, hard, though, to come up with any valid answer for 'as much evidence as possible', for you.

There were instructions on the I-130 on what to submit for bonafide marriage evidence, so if you followed that on initial submittal, that's one thing. IMO, you should view 'that file of evidence' as a 'living document' - you add to it as time progresses, even if she's not at your side.

For my personal casefile info - it's a bit tough, as China is a high-fraud country, so I followed the I-130 instructions, and even extrapolated much , shoving over more than a petitioner for a 'low-fraud' country-spouse.

Even with that said, you can still generate more evidence, to show on interview day. Remember, that evidence ACCUMULATES over time, based on that list from the I-130 instructions ---so you might get some idea of 'what else to add' , if you can wade through one of my prior posts, over at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

Good Luck !
