Hello to all K-1'ers out there. Just an update from Bindu (foreign beneficiary) and Tom (US Petitioner)about our K-1 process. We filed and got NOA1 may 14, 2009. and still today our case status sits in the "Initial Review" circle on uscis.gov! I have just returned from my fourth trip over to Asia to be with Bindu. She flew from Nepal to meet me in Bangkok and we spent a fun 7 weeks together scuba diving, snorkeling, beaching, partying, on the southern islands and also went to Cambodia for 3 weeks to see its sites. We reluctantly parted on May 10, me back to lonely Montana, and her back to family home in Pokhara. I've had my congressman and 1 senators aides make 2 separate inquiries , along with our attorneys, as to this crazy delay. apparently something will be said by june 1st, but who knows. jesus, this is killing us and draining my savings too!

If I were you I would contact my Congressman. In fact I would have done that 6 months ago...Contact their office ASAP...

Any help is better than waiting on an initial review...
