Question 10. My citizenship was acquired through...

OKay, birth in the US. I've gathered that I don't have to provide my info there if I was born in the US,

But, in the next question, it says "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?"

Am I mean to leave that blank?

They should get someone to re-word this so it's not confusing :-(

The sentence "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?" applies if you checked the "parents" box so if you checked "birth in the US" I think you should leave it blank.

In question 12, I wrote in the blank space that my fiancé is not in the US. That acceptable?

I'm afraid of leaving a blank spot and they denying me on that...

Different ways of filling forms are "acceptable" as long as it makes sense and is coherent with other documents. In our form we left it blank (but we haven't been approved yet so I don't know if that could be a problem).

Good luck on your journey
