My case has 149 days that was transferred and nothing happened until now, I don't know what to do. Should I schedule an infopass or just wait? The processing times say 6 months, but when I filed the application was 4 months.If I schedule an infopass what option should I mark? - You need Service on a case that has already been filed or - You need information or other services???

Another doubt, I didn't send the form for advance parole, can I get one in this infopass?

Have you called USCIS ? What does your online status say ?

Schedule an infopass with your local USCIS office, don't wait anymore. Forget about the 1-800 number, they don't have access to personal information. Every time I called it was useless. good luck!

It says "initial review" and when we call USCIS they say the same, and they ask for the zip code and say they are still processing cases from july, but my case was transferred to California, not to local office and when was transferred the processing times said 4 months.
