Passport Stamps

Hello Vjers,

I have a quick question. Since one of the requirements to send for proof of having met in 2 yrs prior the petition.

Do I need to copy all pages of my passport? Or just those pages that have stamps on it? Thank you in advance.

bio page and passport stamped pages are fine, you don't need to copy the entire passport unless you are using it as proof of citizenship.

i actually skipped this step, and only sent in pictures and hotel itineraries and flight itineraries...but now i wish i had done the passport stamps...i remember reading that if you do send the photocopies in, you should send in every page of your passport...good luck, i hope skipping this stage doesnt get me a RFE.

I only copied the pages of my passport that were stamped, and it didn't get me an RFE. But then again, I didn't use if as proof of citizenship -- I just used it as evidence of our meeting. There might be a difference.

I used a photocopy of my birth certificate as proof of citizenship.

Ok. I will have my oath taking for citizenship on this coming Friday. I know they will give me my certificate with a number on it.

Is that cetificate ok to prove my citizenship or I need to apply for US passport first before I can apply for I129K since they will need it.

Is it either or?.

US Citizenship Certificate will suffice...

I copied all pages of my passport and certificate of naturalization as proof of citizenship and copied the pages of my passport that were stamped as evidence of our meeting.
