Timeline

Have her to be ready to have to leave the plane in Japan. We had to get off the plane, go thru security, and get right back on the plane :wacko: never have figured that one out, but I think that is SOP in Japan.

I guess they think you need to stretch your legs before the next portion of the journey!

Yeah I can never figure that out, they run you thru the x-ray when you get out of the plane in Japan, whats wrong with them ? do they actually thing that you have somehow acquired a gun or bomb in the plane ?

Yeah, that does not make sense to me either. At least when my wife goes on PAL, she will get off the plane and remain in the gate area that is secured till reboarding time, and all passengers from manila going to las vegas are required to board first.
