Hello i had a question

my husbands father came to american around 4 years ago and got married then his "Wife" reported him for marrige fraud for visa and he got deported. i got married 1 year ago to his son. now were in AP for name check and such i was wondering will his fathers past affect him in any way?

hi confssedgirl if your husband father done any thing wrong in last previous year this thing is not affected your husband visa case your husband case is fine and your husband AP is only for temporary reasons this AP is not belong your husband father previous case

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

12-11-10: Husband Picks Up Visa

12-14-10: Flight Booked

12-22-10: USA Entry[/color]
