Cheese and ketchup is not that weird? Umm hello cheesburgers?? They often have ketchup on them.

I eat ketchup with mac and cheese, eggs and potatos/french fries.

I'm actually partial to the American ketchup, Canadian ketchup is now too sweet for me!!

It doesnt sound revolting, Im just not partial, I think it tastes WAY better plain, but thats me :)

Although I did mix some leftover bolognaise sauce with it once, and I loved it!

I just put Habanero Peppers in mine and that's all I ever add.

Grilled Cheese and ketchup though is really good. In fact that and regular sandwiches are the only thing I put ketchup on (other then making meatloaf). Fries I don't really, I still stick to the British tradition of using gravy for my fries, but if they don't have any, I will use ketchup...

we just bought a low sodium ketchup made with Alsosalt it's called, i guess it's like the salt version of Splenda. it was heinz too. found it at a kroger in rockford illnois. not bad.

i never use ketchup on my fries..i love mayo on em instead. mustard i reserve for roast beef sandwiches etc.

My wife picked up some ketchup for me at Safeway yesterday. It's called Organics (by Lucerne, apparently...according to the small print) and it is VERY similar to Canadian Heinz. I totally doubted that it would taste half-decent, but I just dipped my finger in the bottle ten minutes ago, and was VERY surprised...

if you live in California, Arizona, or Nevada you should check if you have a Fresh & Easy store nearby.. The Fresh & Easy brand ketchup tastes really good and the ingredient list is very similar to the Canadian Heinz ketchup...

http://www.freshandeasy.com/

and I just found out that the chain is a subsidiary of the UK-based retailer Tesco....
