Income Question for Aff. of Support

My fiance works in manufactureing. Hes worked at his job for 10 years now. When the going gets rough though, they shut down the plant and all employees take on unemployment income. Then when its good to go again they keep on working. Since last year was the year from he**, hes barely at the 125% with just the work info. In this case do they count the unemployment income since its not a job loss per se? I'm confused. =(

Yes- hes never stopped working... just when its slow they put them on UI for a week until demand catches up then they work again until demand slows down... its been like that for all of his 10 years there.
