The waiting is starting to stress me. I am anxious to know if the new Police Report we submitted will satisfy their requirements. They received it on 5-3-2010 per my Delivery receipt via priority Mail. I called yesterday and no update on our case yet. My wife mailed two more RFE responses from Brazil yesterday and will take 4 or 5 days to get to NVC. I would like others to share how long it took NVC to processes there RFE’s.

Thanks

The AVR is 3-4 days behind.

According to recent timelines, 10 BUSINESS days seems to be an average for CC from the time your package was delivered to NVC's mailroom.

Say whatever your wife mails them, they receive on the 10th.

Barring any other RFEs, you should have a CC by the 21st.

Good luck!

Sachinky is right, she is good with the timelines. The NVC received our RFE checklist response back on April 28th and it was on the AVR as of May 4th. We are anticipating a CC on May 11th, barring no more RFE's of course!

I noticed we both arrived at NVC around the same time. It sure sucks that we have both been there for almost 2 months! Stupid RFE's!!! All you can do is be patient and let the process take it's course...

Good luck!
