we have changed our address through online last march 16. we had fill up AR-11 online too and then we call the customer service about the change of address ....we recieved a confirmation post mail last march 22 to confirm that the change of addres has been made but until now they still send the notices to our old address. we already call the customer service and ask why this is still happening and when they look up there files in computer they said that the address is already change into our new address but when a notice of issued from they send it to our old address....anyone experience this problem...

it is a common thing - updates are never 'in real time' on that database :(

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

do you have these notices in hand? if so - don't worry about it, much.

if you DO NOT have them in hand, then the mail was returned to USCIS office - so you'll have to call USCIS and inquire about it - ask them specifically -

did you receive back from USPS, the notices you sent to us? if so, please remail them to our new address.

and to the best of my knowledge, that's about all you can do.

and to the best of my knowledge, that's about all you can do.

everytime they send us a notice it took a month for them (USCIS) to received back and then we call them to resend it in our new address,, im tired calling them everytime we received an email from them that the notice is undeliverable,,, it wasted so much time...
