AOS from F-1 visa (2 months 2 1/2 weeks or 82 days)

04/14/10 - Sent AOS Package

04/26/10 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

05/16/10 - Biometrics letter

05/19/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

07/07/10 - Interview Appointment in Philly- July 7 @ 11:05 am APPROVED

07/19/10 - 2 YEAR Green Card received

Removal of Conditions (9 months 1 1/2 weeks or 285 days)

04/08/12 - Eligibility date

04/19/12 - Sent ROC Package

04/26/12 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

05/17/10 - Biometrics letter

05/24/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

01/25/13 - APPROVED- ROC card production ordered

02/05/13 - 10 YEAR Green Card received

Naturalization (5 months 2 days or 155 days)

04/15/13 - Eligibility date

06/07/13 - Sent Package

06/20/13 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

06/27/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

07/05/13 - Interview letter sent/In-line notification

Precisely what evidence is needed in order to qualify for the expedite?

Because my OPT is expiring in mid-June and I am currently working, I faxed in a cover letter, release letter, the biometrics letter with stamp, NOAs for I-130 and I-765, and my current OPT EAD card.

Btw guys, I received my EAD card in the mail yesterday with start date of 5/18/2010 which is pretty much when they approved the I-765!

April 19 - Mailed in AOS package to Chicago Lockbox

April 21 - AOS package received

April 27 - Check cashed

April 30 - NOA hardcopies received for I-485, I-765, I-131 (dated 04/27/2010)

April 30 - I-485, I-765, I-131 touched

May 5 - I-797C NOAs biometrics received for I-485, I-765 (dated 04/29/2010)

May 6 - Biometrics walk-in at St Paul, MN ASC

May 6 - I-485, I-765 touched

May 7 - I-485, I-765 touched

May 10 - Called in for I-765 expedite request

May 11 - I-765 expedite request denied

May 17 - Submitted second expedite request through local Congressman's Office

May 18 - I-765 Expedite request approved; I-765 in "Card Production Ordered"

May 21 - Second Card Production Ordered status update for I-765

May 27 - Biometrics appointment scheduled

June 1 - EAD card received with start date 05/18/2010 (expires 05/17/2011)

June 12 - Interview letter received for 07/16/2010 @ 2pm (dated 06/09/2010)

June 28 - Advance Parole (I-131) documents approved (expires 06/28/2011)

July 6 - Advance Parole (I-131) documents received (dated 06/28/2010)

July 16 - 2pm initial interview at USCIS Bloomington, MN - APPROVED

July 16 - Card production ordered

July 22 - I-485 touched, card production ordered on July 21

July 21 - Welcome letter received

I was very nervous after hearing that I could have possibly delayed my case further, but I guess it's true: nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Good luck to everyone else who tries to expedite.

Hey did you have a job offer in hand when u expedited Ead? I’m thinking to expedite mine.
