Does NVC change case status on USCIS website?

Hi everybody!

Does anyone know if the case status gets update on the USCIS website when NVC approve or reject a case?

We got approved from VSC on 15 April, NVC received our case on 22 April and it seems it still not left to embassy.

Answers would be appreciated, thanks!

I-129F NOA1 : 2009-11-30

I-129F NOA2 : 2010-04-15 (136 days)

NVC Received : 2010-04-21

NVC Left : 2010-04-29

Consulate Received : 2010-05-03

Consulate sent P3 : 2010-05-19

Packet 3 Received : 2010-05-25 (40 days from NOA2)

Packet 3 Sent : 2010-05-26

Touched : 2010-06-08

Packet 4 Received : 2010-06-10 (56 days from NOA2)

Interview Date : 2010-06-22 (204 days from NOA1)

Interview Result : Approved again !!! (this is my second visa K1, exceptional circumstances prohibited us from becoming married in 2009 by the first visa K1)

US Entry : 2010-07-01

Marriage : 2010-08-22

I-485 / I-765 package sent : 2010-09-25

USCIS received : 2010-09-27

USCIS touched : 2010-10-04

ASC appointment notice (I-797C) rec. : 2010-10-13

Biometrics appointment at Philly : 2010-11-03 (40 days)

Case transfered to CSC : 2010-11-24

Work permit card production ordered : 2010-12-02

I-485 touched at CSC : 2010-12-02

USCIS sent work permit card : 2010-12-07

Work permit card received : 2010-12-11 (68 days)

Green card approved: 2010-02-23

NO, different agencies, different departments

NVC = Department of State

USCIS = Department of Homeland Security

The only way to find out if it left the NVC is to call and talk to an operator. If it is still at the NVC, ask them if you are in Additional Processing.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
