I am aware of many issues, ranging from no RFE at all, Embassy recalls to....infinite other issues.

Let's get it on the table again...Shall we? Maybe the exchange can offer useful advice. if not, complaining helps.

How did you know you are getting a new RFE? Did you get another email stating a new date for when they sent you a new RFE? We got two RFEs with two separate emails stating different dates they sent them out, but in the two RFEs they have the same date as to when it was originally sent...same, exact RFEs, except for the slightly different format of the date and case number, but the same date really. So, I don't know why they are sending it twice, especially if they have received it long before they issued you a new one. Don't you think it could be a different RFE?

24 days elapsed between RFE notifications. E-mail and USCIS updates both times.

Not sure what the deal is, I will advise when it shows up.

I may have made a mistake somewhere. I will resolve it as fast as posible, even if it involves International overnight FEDEX. I will throw money at the problem. Works most of the time, not always.

Thanks for your comment.

I want to hear other Rants, this was not for me

Dayum. :( I have been through the RFE thing back in March when I first applied, over the freakin certified divorce decree thing; and then the stupid pathetic 3 question IMBRA RFE after the recall ; I have contacted both senators for the great state of Oregon, neither of whom will receive my vote in the future; I've mailed both the CSC guy, and NVC and gotten only the run-around; I've called the freakin USCIS robot center and NVC; I've tried to reach a live body at the embassy in paris for $20 w/out success; I've called both of the CSC emergency numbers and left a message about my plight (nobody cared enough to call back); and I've mailed off my certified letter to the director of CSC. I give up, what else can I do? Still not a freakin touch or any sign that anybody gives a freakin d*mn about my case. Where the h*ll is Rambo when I need him? My fiance and I have often joked about me finding a helicopter and flying over to rescue him...anybody out there know how to to fly a chopper??? I/m gettin desperate here!!!! ;)

Sleepless, you have my respect, across the board.

A bad deal from CSC, as usual.

Reminding you of the William33 mantra, CSC SUCKS.

More later, when I am finished with the rum!!!

Ah, William, mon ami. I polished off the last of the tequila long ago, went over to the local watering hole and bent the ear of my favorite bartender/therapist, who makes a great spanish coffee, and still my mind is on edge. I have never felt so unable to do someting about my circumstances in my life. Let's pretend that tomorrow is giong to be THE DAY. We'll wake up, and check the email and VOILA - there it will be. Those magic words again. Wouldn't it be sweet?
