that BDO thing is a BS i dont know whats the connection of BDO lecture to your immigrating in the US its just a waste of time

I tried telling Wilma to just not listen to the bank sales pitch, but they talked her into opening an account. :wacko:

you're absolutely right...BDO has nothing to do with the seminar but they're there anyway...in fact, the bank guy do the BS speech first before the counselling starts. it is indeed a waste of time and just interrupts the real seminar, IMO.

What is the point of opening a BDO account if you are leaving the country anyways ? There are so many better banks here so why even bother. I guess BDO payed PRISM to allow them to advertise, i'm sure every now and then they are able to convince someone that has a weak resistance.

I think PRISM pays BDO cheap rent for their office because it's seminars are held in offices on the 2nd floor of BDO bank and BDO is also used for the Visa payments so they kind of have their foot in the door to anyone moving away from PI. Banks and government should never be mixed together....public always get shafted. :wacko:

Are there set hours at the CFO main office to get a sticker ? or is this a anytime deal ?

They are open from 9-5 daily, and have 3 classes per day. First come-first served. The intending Filipina MUST have the sticker, and stamp on her visa to leave the country.
