Hi! I got my tb skin test last few days, and they ask me to take an x-Ray for double check, the result was ok but the civil surgeon asked me to take the medicine (INH 300mg) for everydays for 6 months, he said I will be asked for the receipt of buying the medicines when I get the interview for Green card. I just wonder if I need to take it, coz I don't have tb .

Same situation with me too, I don't have TB but the doctor said i should take it, you might want to play safe here by keeping all the receipt before the interview, the medicine is cheap just 15bucks

Was your TB and chest xray negative? If it was I would not see a reason why they want you take the medication and would ask about a reciept for the medication at the interview if there is not indication that you have TB
