Hello all

I was having some questions and was hoping if anyone could help me

after carefully looking at the info regarding the K-3 Visa I submitted my Wife's I-130 petition.

It was received by USCIS on Feb 24th.

On Mar 3rd I received the NOA stating they had received it and to wait further instructions.

It is now April 22nd have not received anything.

I have the packet for the I-129 ready to go but not sure what to do next???

You wait for the I-130 approval notice and then follow the CR1 visa Guide. No need to file an I-129F as the K3 visa is no longer a viable option, since February 1, 2010.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
