I just paid my IV fee and I am waiting on that to go through. Now I am filling out the I-864 and wondering about question 25. Federal Income Tax Information.

In December I was trying to get things done ahead of time and I ordered my last 3 years tax transcripts which where 2006, 2007, and 2008. Also in December had my supervisor write me an employment letter that stated that I make X amount of money per year.

Some time in the middle of 09' we all took a pay cut. Fast forward to now, I have my 2009 taxes filed that show my earning at about $3000 less than they were and less than what they are stated in my employment letter from my supervisor. My questions are...can I just use the 2006, 2007, and 2008 or at this point in time, do I have to include 2009 and if I do include 2009, will that discrepancy cause any problems?

I hope I am just being paranoid about this...

My mistake. I should be using the I-864EZ instead of the I-864. Thanks trail
