Hi guys,

Something weird just happened to our I-130 application!!

We just received an RFE to send a copy of our marriage certificate, my husband has already sent it in, but I guess they misplaced it or something.

Anyway, we filed with the Vermont and has been dealing with the Vermont Service Center for months, but now the RFE says to "mail a copy of this form back with the information requested. Our address is:" and it listed the California Service Center address!

I wonder if this ever happened to anyone? What do we do? Send our evidence to Vermont or California? Will they transfer our case without informing us?

Thanks for helping, so worried our application is lost somewhere :(

Our Timeline:

Ya, send it to California.

re: notice of change -

not really.

usually, if a change, you'll see it the noa-1 notice. you didn't get one with a change.

Don't sweat this - I think it's better to be at CSC, anyway.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

So I am wondering, it is possible they transferred our case without informing us?
