i-130 for husband w/ stepson dependent

im just wondering and hoping and wishing that someone can share and also help... i petitioned my husband along with my stepson.... and to some who can relate to this, you know what im talking about. i do not have any regrets and already prepared myself with all these but i didnt expect its going to be this hard.

THE MOTHER --- does not want to cooperate, does not have the means to raise her son, does not have the soul to take care of his needs, does not have the heart to even see him, but have all the GUTS not to cooperate with our immigration process... just applying for a passport alone is already hard. now, im scared about the immigration requirements that will delay everything...

we dont have any court ordeR whatsoever and can prove that weve take care of him since birth. i know if we'll put so much time we can still locate her but i cant just imagine how it would be like... i have to swallow sooo much pride and im sure it will cause a fight between me and hubby.... SHE knows how to manipulate... i didnt tried anything yet but im all ready for all the hassle and the heart ache just to finish all these...

in plain words, does anyone here went through the same process? what do we need? what to do incase the mother doesnt want to do, give, make anything to make it easier.....

please, im asking from the core of my heart to enlighten me... as you guys can see my timeline, im already almost there! thank you guys in advance...

to all LPRS that are still in the process, lets all hang in there... as what they say, we have to be separated temporarily to be together.

What a bummer that she would do this to you especially now after all this waitng. You may want to ask this in the Phillipines forum, however I do know that a notorized letter will be needed from the mom allowing the child to immigrate that needs to be sent with the DS-230 or an RFE will be generated. I feel for you honey. Luckly the boys mom knew that their life would be better here and signed the docs from the get go. Keep fighting for him honey and good luck
