It sounds like you should go over the K-1 Guide HERE again.

It may be easier if you print the Assembly checklist and cross off each item as you complete them. It is imperative that you understand the process as thoroughly as possible before beginning your journey. Your success depends on it.

i have all of those forms and documents listed on the guide already but the things is that for vietnam they require higher standard before they accept that a relationship is genuine that why i want to make sure if i have all the requirements before sending my packages like the one listed on this website http://www.vietnamk1visa.com/ the thing that confuse me is that are all those forms need to be send in the same time as the I-129F packages or after the packages is approved by the ucis

Aside from what you submit in the 129-f, the rest is really just for the interview...many people frontload some additional evidence of relationship or a notarized timeline of the relationship tomake a stronger case before it gets to the consulate...

keep in mind that the k-1 is a two step process and the initial petition is only one stage.. looking at the big picture and taking into account the things that the consulate will be looking for later is not a bad thing... the id card, birth cert etc for her are not needed until the interview...

I front-loaded my wife copy Birth certificate & my BC. At the interview, the CO asked our parents Birth certificate because we're having the same last name, so, if you & your fiancee having the same last name, be prepared Birth certificates for both side.

About I-134, you will do it later at US Consulate. Hope it helps.

4. G-325A, one for you and one for your fiancee. These have to be signed.

5. Original statement of your intention to marry, one from each of you, signed.

Send the original signed forms, but send only photocopies of the other evidence. Your fiancee can bring the originals to the interview, in case the CO asks to see them. Whatever you do, do NOT send your original Certificate of Naturalization! Send a color photocopy of it instead.

You'll get varied opinions about frontloading. I recommend it. Some others do not. Use your own judgment.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
