DS230 Part I and Part II

So I have an addendum sheet in which I provide detailed answers for questions for which there was insufficient space on DS230 Part-1.

The question now is:

Where do I place this sheet:

- After Part-I and Part-II, at the end?

- In between Part-I and Part-II?

What's the deal with Part-I and Part-II anyway? I know of course that Part-II is to be left unsigned but are they two separate forms to be stapled separately? Or is everything stapled together?

We had to add another sheet for Mhay's work experiences. I just put it after that page for the packet. I think it is best to have it as close as possible to the items being answered. We didnt have any problems with doing it that way.
