Does anyone know the schedule for Oath Ceremony in San Diego? I surfed the web and saw the 2009 schedule but not 2010.

Check out this link. SD democratic party usually attends these events to register new voters. I don't know how reliable this information is but... My link

Do you need to wait for the oath letter to go to the oath ceremony. I was interviewed in August 2010. Passed the interview, and have been waiting since then for the "oath letter". Was told in August to come to the Sept. ceremony, it was a big event, and that I would get site, date and time in the mail. I never received anything about that ceremony. I'm still waiting. The 800 number is no help. They say it is being "processed" at the local office (San Diego). This is so frustrating.
