We received the ASC Appointment Notice today. Thank God! Do usually send RFE's before Biometrics? Looks like there's no more RFE's for us! Whew! God is really good! Prayer works 100%!

Wish you won't get for RFE. But it will come in any stage.

Anyway, CONGRATS!!!

If its biometrics you can still get an RFE at any time until you get an interview or are approved from CSC. I wish you the best of luck on not getting one though!

we'll just keep praying. thanks for the replies. what is the biometrics for anyway? is it for the AOS or for the EAD?

sometimes you can still get an RFE after biometrics. I got my biometrics letter first then RFE came like 3 days after. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, just basing on my experience. However if your case gets transferred to CSC after biometrics, theres a great chance you wont get an RFE or an interview. Goodluck!

Biometrics is for finger prints and photos (of course) and can be for either the EAD or AOS (or/usually both).

If the notice does not have both receipt numbers on it, then be sure to have both the EAD and AOS receipt numbers with you when you go to the appointment so you'll only have to go once.

Oh i see. I-485 and I-765 case numbers are in the appointment letter. I'll just bring all NOA's to make sure. LOL

We filed for AoS, EAD, and advanced parole in mid January (I-94 expired last July). Got the biometrics appointment about 2 weeks later. Then our case was transfered to CSC, and approved without an interview about a month later. Total time, 60 days with no RFE or interview.

Good luck, I hope yours goes as well.

Ingats!
