Help. Police Certificate question

Does the applicant need police certificates from every place she has lived for 6 months, continuously or cumulatively? For example, she went to school in a different province for 4 months, but would then return to her city for another month, then returned to school for another 4 months, and so on. This whole period lasted for 2 years. Does she need the police certificate from the city where she studied? Thank you.

If you are talking about Canada - you only need one police check for the entire country.
