Hello-

I received a receipt notice for my request i130 application in 12/15/2010. And today 4/8/2010 I received approval for the I130.. =) Whats next? I am a US Citizen and my husband currently live in Dominican Republic.

What timeframe am I looking at? It has already been ~ 98 days.

Thanks,

If you did NOT file via DCF, ie - you DID file to the lockbox in Chicago

then - you'll need to do NVC Processing.

Good Luck ! (Read the Guides and Wiki - it's all there )

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Congrats! Good luck with NVC Processing :) I dont know a "Time frame" I am just kinda going at it as suggested by the Wiki's on here :) And with the help of quite a few folks.

It took a week from my NOA2 notice till the NVC entered my file into their system. Then I called them and gave them my e-mail address.

(Assuming you filed with the chicago lockbox)
