I paid IV bill and printed out the cover sheet. It said I should send this page with required documents and completed form (DS-230) to this address:

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 038012909

Beside that, I received an email from NVC (attached below). Could anyone please tell me what address should I send the DS-230 to? (including required documents). Thanks a lot.

Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter contains instructions for processing the immigrant visa case of BENEFICIARY'S NAME. We have

received all necessary Immigrant Visa fees for this case.

Each traveling applicant must now complete Applicant Document Processing. Please go to the

Department of State website at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. Click on the

Applicant Document Processing link and follow the instructions.

Please pay close attention to the requirements for police certificates found on the referenced web pages.

In some cases, there may be specific Police Certificate Request forms that must be submitted in order to

properly request and obtain the applicable Police Certificate(s) based on your residence history.

As part of the Applicant Document Process, each traveling applicant will be required to return a DS-230,

Application for Immigrant Visa, to the National Visa Center at the following address.

You MUST RETURN THIS PAGE along with the requested documents to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

To avoid processing delays when returning documents to the National Visa Center:

* Write the applicant's case number in the upper right-hand corner of ALL documents

* DO NOT attach documents for other cases to this page

* DO NOT send information for other cases in the same envelope without attaching the NVC's letter

to the front of each case's documents

Send it to exactly the same address you see on the cover sheet. The difference is in the ATTN: section. Send them in separate envelopes, so they are correctly routed internally.

the new address is the 31 Rochester suite 100......the attention line is all that changes. It will still get to them using the 32 Rochester ave, but it might take a little longer. This was verified with the NVC. I know it was in the March NVC thread.

What's the discrepancy between the email and the cover sheet? CMR and CMR AOS are the keys, not the suite number. Department always trumps suite number in a government office.

I also have a question that I want to ask, hopefully everybody can help me with some advices. :)

Because I didn't send a lot of things to prove our bonafide relationship, except the CRBA of my daughter.

Do you all think I should send more evidences in NVC step (send with AOS package and label it and request to put it in the file)? or just wait until the interview? (send airline tickets, pictures, emails, letters, phone records ---just a few of it). It's not gonna hurt my case, is it?

No, I would just have them carried to the interview and make sure the applicant is well prepared for the interview. Your question has nothing to do with this thread. When asking a new question, it's best to begin a new topic.
