Hi all,

Just wanted to share my experience this past Wednesday. My interview was scheduled at 8:45, called in at 8:30. The officer couldn't have been nicer; we were chitchatting about grad school and my career options. I was out by 8:45 and waited another hour to get an oath letter for the 12th. He only asked to verify my identity and taxes for 2007 and 2008. My application was based on 3-year thing and he didn't ask for anything else to that effect.

Can you please share more detail about your interview like questions they asked ?

No questions regarding marriage. Actually he only asked if we have children. I said no and he responded "all things in due time" . I thought that was nice. Only 6 questions for the test. They were: what do you promise when u become a citizen, who is the governor of IL, civil rights movement, two national holidays, who was the first president, and where is the statue of liberty. They were already printed on a sheet of paper and he wrote down my answers.

Like I said, it was very pleasant.
