We are filing I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions of residence. My conditional Green Card is expiring in July 2010. My wife is US Citizen. I have a daughter from previous marriage, who is also on conditional residence, and she is 11 years old, her conditional green card will expire in January, 2011. She came to US about a year after I arrived. Consequently her conditional residence is not due for removal for another year. Part 5 of the I-751 asks for "List of all your children". Do i list them on my application even though we are not currently request "Removal of Conditional Residence" or do we just leave this part 5 blank? If we include her-how do we indicate that we are not requesting her "Conditional residence removed" at this time?

Your help will be highly appreciated. And my US citizen wife had 3 children, and all are US Citizen. Do we have to mention all children name, even though they are US Citizen. Or I leave part 5 of I751 blank.

You will get many differnet answers to this question. I had 2 Conditional resident children that were also not lifting condition at the same time as their dad. I listed ALL of out children. I have one USC child ( before marriage to current hubby ) , he has 1 still in Colombia and the 2 that were not yet eligible to lift conditions. WE were approved at VSC for Hubby in about 5 1/2 months Filed in June 09, approval November 09. SO far I have one of the children approved ( applied Dec 09 approved March 10 ) and I am for some reason waiting on the second child go figure.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Edit I did not mention anything about them not lifting at the same time. Also did not include and BIO fee either.
