Question about the I-134

Sorry for all the questions! Anyways, my question is for the I-134. I will need a co-sponsor but as for my form where it asks to check "Intend" or "Not intend"...what should I put? I was planning on checking 'not intend' because I have no income as I am a student and 'Intend' on my co-sponsors form. So my questions is what to check on my I-134 is that the right sections to check on both for both forms? :) Thanks to everyone who responds.

INTEND, definitely. even though you are using a co-sponsor you are still the primary sponsor. so, you shouldindicate that you intend to support.

If I do check Intend what, if anything, should I write in the description because I have no income as I am a student?

There was a post from a VJ member who had the I-134s rejected at the interview because the USC and joint sponsor had different answers for Question #11. I think both of you need to check INTEND.

Also, this isn't just for the immediate future but for the long haul as well, so do not worry about your current income. Check INTEND and say something like

INTEND "to provide housing, food, medical care and anything else as necessary forever."
